• Tax appeals - we represent our clients where they have a legitimate dispute with the tax authorities. This will entail filing notices of objection, discussing the issues at the government level, and taking your case to tax court.

• Filing taxpayer relief requests to relieve our clients of interest and penalties which form the majority of reassessments in many cases.

• Tax recovery. We look at tax returns filed in the last 10 years with a view to recovering tax credits and deductions which the client was unaware of or just an oversight.

• Negotiating settlements of tax debts with the tax authorities.

• Preparing tax returns both personal and corporate.

• Tax planning- if the client so desires, we will prepare a formal written plan to minimize all future tax liabilities.
